Hi, I'm Emily Roscoe, LMHC. I believe that healing starts with feeling truly seen and supported. As a therapist, I work to create a safe, compassionate space where you can show up as your full self—no judgment, no pressure—just room to breathe, reflect, and grow. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 15 years of experience working with children, teens, adults, and families. I specialize in trauma-informed care and have advanced training in EMDR, TF-CBT, and TBRI. I especially love working with young women and families, helping them navigate life transitions, relationship challenges, anxiety, depression, and the effects of trauma with resilience and self-compassion. Much of my background has been in school and community-based settings, where I’ve supported individuals through some of life’s most difficult moments. I also work closely with caregivers, educators, and support systems to ensure each person’s care is holistic and grounded in trust. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all.
