Psychotherapist

I’m here to help you get beyond survival mode. Depression and anxiety can feel paralyzing, and it can be hard to break free from old patterns. In therapy, you don’t have to figure it all out alone. I work with adult clients who want to create a sense of calm, compassion, and connection in daily life. Struggles with mental health and trauma can take us away from the life we want, but with support, I believe each of us can create a fulfilling life in recovery. I want treatment to suit you- that means that we create your treatment plan together and find skills and support that meet your needs. If spirituality is important to you, let’s talk about it. If you're a creative, let’s find ways to bring art into the therapy room. This is your journey- you deserve to take up space and build a recovery that suits you. My training ranges across multiple therapeutic tools, so we can talk about skills for handling tough emotions, practice mindfulness together, or explore the internal parts and systems within you. I believe that good therapy happens through human connection- that means that I’ll be real, compassionate, and direct with you. I am a licensed social worker in IL, and graduated with my MSW from Loyola University Chicago. Before joining Clarity Clinic, I worked in treatment centers, where I supported clients in recovery from addiction, eating disorders, mood/anxiety disorders, and trauma. I have experience using Dialectical Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Internal Family Systems modalities. No matter what type of therapy I’m doing, I’m committed to therapy being a space to challenge injustice and oppression. I know asking for help can be hard, but you’re worth it. Together, let’s get you to the life you want.
