“Emily is a truly caring individual that casts no judgement and makes you feel safe & welcomed, even when you're feeling like you're at your absolute worst. She's very authentic with her words and has a friendly and supportive personality. A session never feels burdened by a heavy "patient vs mental health professional dynamic". Talking to her feels very natural, she provides great feedback, and is an open minded problem solver. If something isn't working, she'll find a different path to get you to your solution. She never gives up on you. The simplest way I can explain regular therapy vs therapy with her is: walking into a loud party where you don't know anyone, you feel nervous/awkward, you feel like you don't fit in, you're alone, everyone's staring wondering why you're here and you start looking for the first dark corner to hide in until it's all over(most therapy experiences) Suddenly, you see your friend waving at you and calling you over. She introduces you to some people who she knows you'll vibe with, she hangs out with you and never dips out or leaves you alone in a room of unfamiliar faces. By the time the party ends, you actually feel good about the experience rather than feeling like you were counting the seconds until you could leave (sessions with Emily). I'd recommend her to anyone :)”

Getting to know Emily Seidle

Hi there, I'm Emily. Do you feel pulled in a million directions, unable to fit it all in? Are you struggling to keep up with your relationships, work, and health? Is it hard to be kind to yourself? I help individuals manage anxiety, depression, avoid burnout, and learn how to develop more meaningful relationships with others and themselves. Together, we can identify what's not working and get you back to balance. We'll use a whole self approach, addressing the needs of your mind, body, and spirit. I also integrate mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and elements of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, among other modalities, to help you develop a stronger relationship with yourself. Whether you're dealing with overwhelm, relationship issues, life transitions, trauma, or cycles of anxiety and depression, I'm here to help and support you. Seeking therapy can feel scary, but you're making the right choice. You deserve a safe space to heal and grow. In our sessions together, I'll meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can overcome the hang-ups and habits holding you back. I hold a Master's in Social Work from Temple University, which informs my approach and commitment to your well-being. Let's work together!

What should a new client know about working with you?

When working with me, you can expect compassion and understanding as well as support as you work through issues that come to the surface and process sometimes difficult feelings. I can also help you identify and make the changes you are looking to make and will partner with you in your journey towards growth and healing.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
