I utilize a person-first approach to therapy to help clients understand and navigate life’s challenges, as well as process previous traumas. I believe strongly in each person’s strengths and ability to work through their problems, and will often highlight and reflect such to you in session. My goal is to create a warm and safe environment for you to explore parts of yourself that may have been ignored as problems have begun to saturate your life. I am trained in systemic therapy, and will often use it when understanding the problem at hand. I work with children, teens, adults, couples and families I have experience working in a medical setting to provide therapy treatment and have worked with clients struggling with many problems.
