I am a mental health counselor with experience partnering alongside clients of all ages who hope to achieve a greater sense of wellbeing. I enjoy working with clients experiencing a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, eating disorders, complex trauma, religious trauma, identity exploration, and more. I am also passionate about working with parents and their adult children who are navigating relationship tension. Whether you are looking to talk through a life transition, receive support for ongoing mental health challenges, or explore personal identity - I am committed to creating a safe, healing space for you.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I believe that we all have the ability to heal and that, sometimes, all we need to tap into that ability is a trusted space. My approach to therapy is to support you in listening to your own intuition while offering insights and guidance based in my areas of expertise including trauma-focused CPT, internal family systems, and intersectional feminism.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Finding a therapist who is a great fit for you is a challenging and important step, which is why I am happy to offer a free 15 minute phone consultation upon request.
