Psychotherapist

Relationship therapy for couples navigating ADHD, Autism, and OCD **Emma is Cash Pay only - please do not book if you are planning to use your in network insurance. She can, however, provide a superbill to send to your out of network insurance for possible reimbursement. One of you needs to talk it out right now. The other needs quiet to think. One of you notices every detail, and the other is already on to the next thing. Neither of you is wrong, but somehow every conversation ends in the same place. This is the heart of my work. I help couples whose differences in attention, sensory experience, emotional processing, and communication have become a source of constant friction. Most of the couples I see aren’t short on love or effort. They’re short on a shared understanding of how each other’s mind works. My background includes specialized training in OCD, addiction, and trauma, plus extensive experience with ADHD and Autism in relationships. In session, I combine the Gottman Method with EMDR, brainspotting, somatic therapy, parts work, and ERP, choosing what suits your relationship rather than following a script. Expect to leave sessions with insight and with practical changes: ways to disagree without spiraling, routines that fit how you each function, and a clearer sense of what’s underneath the arguments. Sessions take place in a calm, sensory-aware space with soft lighting, fuzzy blankets, and Teddy, my therapy dog. Fidgets and snacks are always available. Call or message to set up a free 15-minute introduction.
