The road to self-empowerment starts with a first step. Change is always a door open toward success. I am a bilingual Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor, as well as a Certified Mental Health Counseling Supervisor and Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Saint Leo University. I have more than 10 years of experience with grief counseling, life and career coaching, anxiety, stress, PTSD, school and college issues, women’s issues, phases of life challenges, relationship concerns, self-esteem and assertiveness, peer relationships, and acculturation issues. You are stronger than you think; you have within yourself the tools to surpass any emotional obstacles you might face. My goal is to help you discover and use your strengths to achieve success in reaching your goals.
El camino hacia el auto-empoderamiento comienza con un primer paso. El proceso de cambio es una puerta que siempre se abre hacia el éxito. Soy una terapista profesional bilingüe, registrada con el estado de la Florida como LMHC (Consejería con Licencia de Salud Mental), así como también estoy certificada como supervisora de terapistas internos registrados en Florida para el proceso de licencia. También tengo licencia como psicóloga general en mi país, Panamá. Tengo más de 10 años de experiencia como terapista trabajando con diferentes culturas en las áreas de duelo, estrés, ansiedad, trauma, problemas relacionados con la escuela superior y universidad, conflictos en relaciones, crisis en etapas de la vida, problemas de autoestima, problemas de aculturación y mentoría en estudios o carrera profesional. Usted es más poderoso de lo que piensa; tiene adentro de sí mismo las herramientas que le permiten sobrepasar cualquier obstáculo emocional hacia el triunfo. Mi meta es ayudarle a descubrir y usar sus herramientas internas para poder seguir adelante y lograr sus metas.

As a therapist, I am focused on cultivating the emotional well-being of my clients. My commitment is to provide you, my client, with therapeutic non-judgmental and honest support. It is okay to feel stuck in issues of life; this is normal. My work is to help you feel seen, heard and understood. I feel honored to do this work and love to be able to help my clients understand and accept themselves for who they are.
