The road to self-empowerment starts with a first step. Welcome to my page; my goal is to support you to feel good about who you are. I am a bilingual Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Virginia Licensed Professional Counselor with TF-CBT training. Additionally, I am National Certified Counselor (NCC), certified Integrative Mental Health Professional (CIMHP) and Clinical Trauma Professional Level 2 (CCTP-II). I have 15 years of Master-level clinical experience with issues about grief counseling, life/career coaching, anxiety/stress/PTSD, school/college, women's issues, phase of life, relationship, self-esteem/assertiveness, peer relationships and acculturation.
You are stronger than you think; you have within yourself the tools to be able to surpass any emotional obstacles.. My goal is to help you discover and use your strengths and successfully reach your goals.
El camino hacia la autorrealización comienza con un primer paso. El cambio positivo es una puerta que siempre se abre hacia el éxito. ¡Bienvenido, Bienvenida! Soy terapista profesional bilingüe, registrada LMHC en Florida (Licencia Clínica de Salud Mental) y LPC en Virginia (Licencia Clínica Profesional), y Certificación Nacional de Consejería. Tengo especializaciones en Trauma Complejo y en Salud Mental Integral. As a therapist, I am focused on cultivating the emotional well-being of my clients. My commitment is to provide you, my client, with therapeutic non-judgmental and honest support. It is okay to feel stuck in issues of life; this is normal. My work is to help you feel seen, heard and understood. I feel honored to do this work and love to be able to help my clients understand and accept themselves for who they are.
