I am a bilingual Florida Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) with 14 years of master-level clinical experience. My expertise includes grief counseling, life and career coaching, anxiety, stress, PTSD, school and college issues, women's issues, phases of life challenges, relationship and peer concerns, self-esteem and assertiveness, and acculturation issues. I hold a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Saint Leo University and a Bachelor's degree from Santa Mar?a La Antigua Catholic University.

If you do not have insurance, I also take cash pay clients. The UpLift team will work directly with you to inform you of payments due. The prices for visits are dependent on your co-pay amount through your insurance. If you are a cash-pay client, our price ranges from $75 to $145 per visit
