Hi there, I'm Emma. It takes courage to pursue counseling and I’m glad you’ve started this search. I believe that deep genuine connection is one of the biggest predictors of success and happiness. My goal is to help you better connect to yourself and others as you continue your journey of healing. I use an eclectic approach including CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing). I hope to empower you to start challenging unhealthy behaviors and thought patterns, and feeling much more grounded and connected to your whole self. I enjoy working with a wide range of clients, but I specialize in eating disorders, anxiety, OCD (Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder), and working with adolescents. I have worked at every level of care, including IOP (Intensive Outpatient Program), PHP (Partial Hospitalization Program), adult detox, adolescent inpatient, and outpatient settings. My background as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (MA) has equipped me with the skills and knowledge to support you through various challenges. Please don't hesitate to reach out—I would love to connect and hear more about your story.
