I believe that we all make se I work with teens, young adults, and adults navigating eating disorders and disordered eating, body image concerns, trauma, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and LGBTQIA+ identity exploration. I am especially passionate about working with people who are curious about healing their relationships with food and their bodies, those impacted by weight stigma and diet culture, and queer clients exploring identity. My approach is warm, collaborative, and direct. I see you as the expert in your own life and experiences. I can help you make connections, ask questions, consider new perspectives, and challenge you when it might be helpful. I believe that meaningful change happens within relationships and finding a therapist you connect with matters. My work is integrative, and I primarily draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and humanistic approaches. My approach is trauma-informed, identity-affirming, and strength-based. I have experience supporting adults within residential and partial hospitalization levels of care, as well as individuals across the lifespan at the outpatient level of care. I am a Health at Every Size® (HAES®) provider, and my work is grounded in a weight-neutral, anti-diet framework that respects autonomy and lived experiences.
