I hold an MA and am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, specializing in a wide range of areas such as Anger Management, Anxiety, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Children's and Adolescent mental/behavioral health, Depression, Family relationships, Grief/Bereavement, Multicultural/Diversity issues, Phobias, Spirituality, Stress, and Trauma. You will be working with a therapist determined to be helpful and understanding, grounded in a person-centered and culturally competent approach.
