My initial appointment was good. But the follow up appointment was awful, I took off from my job only for me to get to my appointment to get turned away. The company sends out numerous emails and text messages for you to pre check in, so I am unsure to why I wasn't notified that my appointment was being cancelled prior to me showing up. they also like you to prepay which I did. Also, the provider never apologizes for the inconvenience. For someone that is struggling with their mental health this was a major disappointment.
