My approach is conversational, warm and human. And yes —we will laugh, not to dismiss the hard things but because laughter reminds you that healing is human, not clinical. What should a new client know about working with you?

I am a Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) with a passion for helping individuals become the healthiest versions of themselves. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Youth and Family Studies from Nyack College and went on to obtain my Master of Social Work degree from Fordham University, with a clinical concentration. I am culturally sensitive and have experience working with individuals of diverse cultures, backgrounds, and ages. If you’re feeling stuck or seeking support with personal growth, Let’s talk today. While my career is deeply meaningful to me, my home life is equally important. I am a wife and a mother, and I value spending quality time with my family. Outside of work, I enjoy staying grounded in my faith, traveling, and cooking.
