Erena is an amazing combination of empathetic and professional. I feel so comfortable and confident with her. She is such a caring listener and she helps me articulate my feelings and understand my emotions. She has worked with my daughters and I often recommend her to friends and health coaching clients.

Erena is a pleasure to work with and will meet you at your level of comfort in the counseling space. She is prompt, friendly, and can navigate creating a professional ambiance that also keeps it real so you can feel comfortable being yourself while getting the trained support. She also continues to develop her own skills so you have the latest researched best practices. Her approach is warm and supportive with you in the driver's seat of where you want to go and how quickly you want to go there!

Erena is amazing! She is very committed to her job where I can tell she genuinely caring about her patients/clients. She is very much easy to open up to and she really puts things into perspective ! I absolutely adore her ! Erena is probably one of the best people that you could speak to ! She is so personable and I would love her to be my therapist forever! If I had to recommend anyone to therapy, I'd recommend Erena !

I never writer reviews, but I feel like I really have to write one about Ms. DiGonis. Ms. DiGonis changed my life!, she was so supportive when I was in my darkest moments due to the pandemics and other stress. The first time we spoke I felt at easy, she is empathic and so easy to talk too. Her style was really holistic and innovative. She was able to really help. I have been to other therapist and no one compares to the progress I have made with her, I feel like I am finally living my best life. I am grateful for all of the help Ms. DiGonis gave me.
