I believe that all people have the capacity for growth and change. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from New York University’s Silver School of Social Work, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to support individuals on their journey toward positive transformation.
What should a new client know about working with you?
Having anxiety can be debilitating and disheartening. I work with young adults, utilizing CBT and other therapeutic modalities, to treat anxiety, low self-esteem and relational issues.
What is your typical process for working with clients?
In a supportive and nonjudgmental setting, you will learn that you have the sophistication and inner-strength to minimize, manage, and overcome your anxiety and personal challenges.
