My name is Eric David, and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I earned my Master's in Marriage and Family Therapy from Southern California Seminary. Throughout my career, I have specialized in working with substance use, trauma, depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, schizophrenia/schizoaffective disorder, and borderline personality disorder across a variety of demographics aged 18 and older. I have experience in both group settings and individual therapy using DBT, focusing on mindfulness, effective interpersonal communication skills, and emotional regulation, in addition to solution-focused and CBT therapies.
My passion lies in partnering with people seeking to better their lives. I believe in whole-person wellness that empowers families and individuals to pursue the lives they want to live.
