As a licensed professional counselor and co-founder of The Alternative Center for Therapy, I bring a wealth of expertise in psychodynamic psychotherapy to my practice. I hold a Master’s in Counseling from Texas Wesleyan University, and my academic journey also includes international exploration in London and New Zealand. These experiences equipped me with diverse models for healing long-rooted family trauma and facilitating solutions by leveraging individuals' strengths and character. In my practice, I employ a psychodynamic approach, rooted in the belief that our past experiences influence our present emotions and behaviors.
