Autism Spectrum Specialist: Daily stress and life transitions can feel overwhelming for Individuals and families struggling with neurodivergent, developmental and psychological disorders. I serve with compassion & patience; focusing not only on recovery, but on rebuilding confidence, hope, & self-worth. The heart of my practice is helping people and families rediscover who they are beyond their pain; learn to treat themselves with kindness, rebuild trust in themselves, & find their way back to love, for themselves & for the people & things most important to them.

What should a new client know about working with you?

What sets my practice apart is a gentle use of creativity in the healing process and years of 20+ years of experience working with autistic children, adults and their families. Music and writing can be woven in as ways to express emotions that are hard to talk about but often times the whole family needs to talk as well. I can be your guide.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I believe healing begins with feeling truly understood. I offer a welcoming, down-to-earth space where people can speak openly, reflect honestly, and begin to make sense of what they’re carrying. In thoughtful talk-therapy, clients are encouraged to explore their experiences without fear of judgment, building trust and clarity one conversation at a time.
