She holds a Master’s in Clinical Social Work from the Silberman School of Social Work and has completed specialized training in couples therapy at the Training Institute for Mental Health, as well as marriage and family therapy at the Greenwich Center for Hope and Renewal. Erica uses mindfulness and self-compassion to help individuals become their own agents of change. Through EFT, she works with couples to identify patterns, reconstruct attachments, and exchange lasting empathy.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I aim to bring my whole self into the session in an effort to invite your whole self into the change process as well. I approach our sessions with warmth, humor, relatability, and directness; laughter, along with tears, can be a powerful healer. I help you see how every challenge you come across can be constructive to your growth. I use methods from CBT, EFT, mindfulness-based cognitive therapy, and many other approaches to customize a treatment plan to meet your needs. I work with both couples and individuals and make sure that you leave every session with a solid next step. I am truly committed to empowering you to create and sustain a life worth living.
