What is your typical process for working with clients?

You will understand WHY pregnancy, infertility, or the postpartum season can feel so overwhelming and why trauma, anxiety, or family conflict may still hold power over you. Together, we'll build a clear understanding of how your past and present intersect, so you can break unhelpful cycles, heal emotional wounds, and feel more grounded as you navigate life's big transitions and parenting.
