In our sessions, you can expect a compassionate and collaborative approach tailored to your unique needs. I strive to create a warm, welcoming environment where you feel safe to share and explore your thoughts and feelings. My hope is that after every session you have something tangible to take away such as a new skill or insight about yourself.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach to therapy is collaborative, working closely with clients to identify their goals and develop personalized treatment plans. I use techniques from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) such as coping skills and mindfulness to help clients manage their thoughts and emotions effectively.

I use Headway to handle insurance and billing. For Louisiana residents I am able to accept most commercial Cigna and Aetna plans and private pay clients. For out-of-network clients I can provide a superbill every month that you can submit to your insurance companies for reimbursement. For South Carolina and Florida residents, I can only accept private pay bookings.
