Welcome! Please call me Erica:) I am a doctoral trained clinical psychologist specializing in adult individuals experiencing chronic sadness, anxiety, or general dissatisfaction ("stuckness") in work, relationships, and beyond. Together we will uncover your “origin story" as this promotes longer-lasting outcomes as well as opportunities for healing and self-discovery. In 14 years of private practice, nearly every prospective client chooses to proceed after their initial meet-and-greet, most staying on average three years: you deserve to love your process.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I find my approaches continue most helpful to those who are highly motivated and committed to their therapy journey. My practice continues entirely comprised of clients engaged in longer-term work, and remains the type of therapy process I enjoy most as a clinician (and as a client!).

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Individuals who work with me often demonstrate outcomes which exceed symptom relief, extending to thoughts, feelings, and behaviors in alignment with the Authentic Self. This deeper, broader process is where the ‘good stuff’ begins and where individuals often find themselves on rewarding, transformative journeys.
