Having Erica as a therapist has changed my life. I would not be the person I am today, without Erica’s continued support. I couldn’t have asked for a better therapist, really. I have had other therapists in the past and I feel Erica’s approach to learning and growth has enabled me to go away, so my homework and reap the benefits. Erica is always patient with me and was very supportive during a very distressing time, providing resources that supported me, but also enabled me to take ownership for of my own journey. There aren’t enough thank you’s. Erica is amazing.
