Psychotherapist
NC
Three words that describe my style are dynamic, high-energy, and empathetic. As your therapist, my primary goal is to connect with clients to help resolve everyday issues. I specialize in working with individuals experiencing self-esteem and relationship issues, as well as relational trauma that may cause increased stress, anxiety, and depression. I have a great deal of experience working with military members and their families. I believe in taking a holistic approach tailored to exploring childhood and past experiences. By using empathy, I can connect with others to empower themselves to look beyond their traumas, life stressors, experiences, negative self-talk, and thinking patterns, so that you can be who you need to be for yourself. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from the University of South Carolina, Columbia, which has equipped me with the knowledge and skills to provide compassionate and effective care.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Clients can expect to leave our sessions feeling empowered, confident, and heard. I believe in providing psychoeducation to inform of the: "whys" to help aid in the healing process. To "fix" any issue, we must understand the root to receive guidance and clarity on how to move forward.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
