What should a new client know about working with you?

When you work with me, you can expect a warm, collaborative, and supportive approach. I recognize that every person's story is unique, so I tailor therapy to your individual needs, strengths, and goals. I utilize evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, mindfulness, and trauma-informed interventions to help you develop practical strategies that can be applied in everyday life. My priority is to create an environment where you feel comfortable, respected, and empowered throughout the therapeutic process.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our first session focuses on getting to know one another and understanding what brings you to therapy. Together, we'll discuss your current concerns, personal history, strengths, and the goals you hope to achieve. From there, we'll develop a treatment plan that fits your needs and adjust it as you make progress. Throughout therapy, I'll provide support, education, and practical tools to help you manage challenges, build resilience, and create meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
