My approach is trauma-informed, relational, and holistic, and I work with children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families navigating concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, perfectionism, self-esteem, and life transitions. I am especially passionate about supporting highly sensitive individuals and those seeking a deeper sense of authenticity, balance, and self-trust. Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy gardening, painting, spending time in nature, and sharing meaningful moments with the people and animals I love.
