What should a new client know about working with you?

I decided to become a therapist because I really wanted to help people. I wanted to be a voice for individuals when they could not be a voice for themselves. I also decided that I wanted to be a guide for people who are struggling and need the support that they have been looking for.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach as a therapist is collaborative. I always want to make sure my clients feel included, supported and comfortable during sessions. Often times in sessions I will use CBT, motivational interviewing, as well as a mindfulness approach to make sure my clients are receiving the support that they need.
