I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology with a focus in Mental Health Counseling. I work with adults, teenagers, and the elderly—helping each individual navigate life’s challenges while fostering personal growth, self-awareness, and emotional well-being. My therapeutic style is rooted in the humanistic approach, allowing clients to feel safe, heard, and free to explore who they are. I became a therapist not just because I enjoy helping others, but because I truly love witnessing transformation—seeing clients evolve, heal, and find meaning in their journey. Outside of therapy, I enjoy traveling and spending time with my three Rottweilers and my pigs. They keep life fun, grounded, and full of joy.
