What should a new client know about working with you?

With a collaborative and intentional clinical style, Ericha helps clients build self-awareness, strengthen emotional regulation, and reconnect with a grounded sense of self– ultimately fostering greater clarity, confidence, and long-term resilience.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Before beginning therapy, you will have a 15-30 minute-long consultation appointment. During that appointment, you will meet with me so you can be provided with information about my services and be asked to consent to receive these services. This is the time to ask any questions you may have or make any specific requests. Your consultation appointment will also involve an assessment of your needs. If you or I feel you are not appropriate for my services, we will discuss alternative options. However, if we are a good fit, I will be able to offer you some first impressions of what our treatment together will look like and schedule a day/time for your future appointment(s). Typically, therapy sessions are 45-60 minutes per week. Within 120 days of you starting therapy, you will receive an Initial Treatment Plan detailing the specific goals you and I have for your treatment, any initial progress with those goals, and any recommendations I have for your ongoing care. This Initial Treatment Plan will be discussed with whomever you decide to include in your Initial Treatment Conference. A Tri-Annual Treatment Plan will be created/reviewed every 4 months.
