I have been a LMSW since 2018. I received my masters degree in Social Work from the University of New England. In addition to being an LMSW, I am also a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the state of New York. I have lived in Syracuse, NY for the last five years, and previously spent the previous six years in Plattsburgh NY.

What should a new client know about working with you?

In my experience as a LMSW, I prefer working with the aging population and the challenges that this population faces with depression, anxiety, and isolation. I also work with clients struggling with substance use disorders, young adults with anxiety and depression, as well as grief counseling.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My approach includes modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, where I would explore your thoughts, emotions, and actions that would lead to lasting and effective change.
