I'm a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience in the field, working in Mental Health, hospital/acute medicine settings, Child Welfare, and Foster Care/Treatment Foster Care licensing. I earned my Master's in Social Work from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee. As a clinician, my focus is providing a comfortable and supportive environment while assisting with identifying and modifying beliefs and behaviors that impact healthy functioning. I believe that treatment goals are best developed collaboratively with each individual and should be designed to focus on areas of personal significance.

What should a new client know about working with you?

I utilize a variety of therapeutic approaches to best fit each individual's needs; Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Therapy, Reality Therapy and motivational interviewing; with focus on problem solving, coping skills, development of communication skills, and providing tools for continued recovery across the lifespan.
