I earned my M.A. in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and attended undergraduate studies at University of California Davis. I have a lot of experience working with teen and young adult populations and have specialized training in trauma-focused cognitive behavioral therapy (TF-CBT). What should a new client know about working with you?

My style is warm, compassionate, & collaborative. I approach therapy from an authentic, person-centered lens and draw from a range of evidence-based treatments to tailor therapy to your unique identity, needs, & goals.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

My priority is to create a space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. During our first meeting, we’ll collaborate to set goals that are meaningful to you and grounded in what you’re seeking support with. Throughout our work together, we’ll regularly check in on your progress to ensure you’re getting the most out of therapy and that our work continues to align with your needs. My individual session rate is $190 and my couples rate is $240. Please note that I generally do not accept insurance for couples therapy due to medical necessity requirements.
