My approach My approach is eclectic; I try to think outside the box and keep in mind any needs or preferences you may have when crafting a treatment plan and approach. My typical approach is psychodynamic, which is insight-based and relies heavily on understanding how our childhood impacts us today. I also utilize EMDR for trauma and CBT when appropriate. My focus My ideal client is ready for change, but some ambivalence or even resistance is normal, especially in the beginning.
