Hi, I'm Erika Gardner, a licensed therapist with 14 years of experience helping adults feel more like themselves again. If you have been struggling with anxiety, stress, low mood, or just feeling like life has gotten too heavy to carry on your own, you are in the right place. I work with women and adults who are navigating some of life's most challenging chapters, whether that is managing overwhelming emotions, healing from past experiences, or simply trying to find their footing again. My style is warm, collaborative, and completely at your pace. I pull from a mix of talk therapy, practical coping tools, and goal-focused strategies so that sessions feel both supportive and productive. My goal is for you to leave each session feeling a little clearer, a little steadier, and with something real you can use. I believe that healing looks different for everyone, and I am here to honor your story while helping you build the tools to move forward with more confidence and ease. Outside of my work as a therapist, I enjoy spending time with my family and reading books from diverse genres. I would love the opportunity to support you. Feel free to reach out, and let's take that first step together.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
