Getting to know Erim Sarbuland

I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in California with over 7 years of experience. I hold a Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Hope International University. I have a passion for providing counseling to individuals from marginalized and faith communities, as well as those seeking a safe space to navigate various life stages, transitions, and challenges. I integrate CBT, client-centered, and solution-focused modalities in my practice. I believe in empowering and educating my clients to help them achieve their goals. My approach to therapy is down-to-earth and approachable. I have worked with families in the foster care system, addressing parenting issues, as well as individuals battling depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, grief and loss, and women's issues. My hope is to create a space where clients feel safe, heard, seen, and equipped with tools to overcome whatever they are facing.
