Getting to know Erin Case

My name is Erin Case, and I am an LCSW who has been serving people in the mental health community for many years, in both adult and children's settings. I am the wife of a military veteran, Mom to three amazing adult children and a grandma to 2 beautiful little girls. I am currently licensed as a LCSW in California and Hawaii. I am trained in CPT for PTSD and other trauma-related mental health disorders. I enjoy working with couples and individuals (teens and adults). I take a very trauma-informed and client-centered approach, meeting the client in their emotional space. You may be feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or unsure of how to navigate the challenges life has placed in front of you—especially when past trauma, relationship strain, or anxiety are part of the picture. You're not alone, and support is available. Whether you're seeking clarity as an individual or connection as a couple, therapy can offer relief and direction. My goal is to meet you where you are emotionally and help you move toward feeling more stable, empowered, and understood.

What should a new client know about working with you?

With decades of experience in both clinical and leadership roles, I bring a grounded, trauma-informed, and client-centered approach. You can expect transparency, compassion, and tools tailored to your needs—delivered in a space where it feels safe to be yourself, with evidence-based practices.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I offer sessions for adults and couples in California and Hawaii and accept several major insurance plans. If you’re ready to start therapy with someone approachable, honest, and supportive. I’m excited to join your therapy journey towards healing.
