I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 28 years of experience helping clients to discover and follow their own pathway for healing, growth and fulfillment. I provide a non-judgmental perspective and focus on developing a compassionate and caring relationship with those I work with. I offer sessions in-person at the office and virtually via telehealth, which is similar to a Zoom call.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My experience is as both a psychotherapist and substance abuse specialist. I work with people of all ages from children to seniors, presenting with a variety of issues and diagnoses, including mood disorders, anxiety, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder, grief, life transitions, relationship issues, self-esteem, and substance abuse and addictIon.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

I offer both in-office appointments and telehealth appointments to meet the needs of the client. I utilize a variety of approaches to therapy, depending upon each client’s personality and life perspective. I am humanistic in my approach to therapy, utilizing existential and mindfulness approaches, cognitive-behavioral therapy, EMDR and person-centered therapy. My goal is to help people create meaningful, positive change in their lives.
