My areas of specialization include ADHD, Autism spectrum support, depression, grief and bereavement, life transitions, OCD, spirituality, stress, trauma, children's mental and behavioral health, anxiety, and family relationships. In our sessions, I aim to create a safe and supportive environment where you feel heard and understood. Together, we will explore your thoughts and feelings, identify patterns, and develop strategies to overcome obstacles.
