Erin Gray, LMHC

Erin Gray, LMHC

Psychotherapist
FL
I earned my master’s degree in Counseling and Psychology from Troy University and have been practicing as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor since 2014. After years of providing in-person therapy, I transitioned to fully virtual care in 2020, offering accessible, private telehealth services to adults across Florida and Vermont. In my own life, I’ve navigated grief, major transitions, and having had cancer twice. These experiences don’t define my work, but they have shaped a grounded, compassionate approach to therapy. I believe healing happens when people feel safe enough to be honest — without pressure or judgment. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, chronic illness, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative and practical. We move at a pace that feels manageable, building insight and coping tools that support real-life change. If you’re feeling overwhelmed or ready for something to shift, therapy can be a steady place to begin.

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
