Hi! My name is Erin Mattucci and I want to safely support you through this journey of therapy. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master’s Degree from Loyola University Chicago. Helping others sort through life’s trials and tribulations is my passion in life. As a social worker, I am firm believer that everyone’s path in life looks different and I am here to help find the right one. I have experience working with individuals dealing issues of anxiety, depression, grief and stress, as well as those going through difficult transitional periods of life. My approach stems from the belief that everyone is the expert of their own life and story. No one except you knows what your entire story is and you have the ability to share that with me. I aim to work collaboratively with you to create and achieve your goals. Specifically, I like to utilize a combination of Mindfulness, Narrative Therapy, Family-Systems Theory, CBT, and a Client-Centered Approach, to ensure that you feel valued and heard. Through this, I hope to create the feeling that we are a team working together on the same level. My main goal as your therapist is to make sure you don’t feel alone on this journey, and to provide a safe, accepting space to share your inner most thoughts and feelings. I look forward to working alongside you and crafting a great path together!
