I approach therapy from a place of curiosity and care—not pathologizing sexuality or kink, but supporting clients in developing insight, self-trust, and joy in their erotic lives. I have extensive experience working within queer, trans, kinky, and polyamorous communities, and understand the specific dynamics, challenges, and strengths that come with living outside of mainstream relational and sexual norms.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My training includes over 150 hours of specialized sex therapy education and certification in Urban Tantra, a somatic and breathwork-based practice that supports healing, embodiment, and erotic vitality. I am also trained in Attachment-Focused EMDR (AF-EMDR), a trauma therapy that helps resolve early relational wounds and the lingering effects of sexual trauma, shame, or disconnection. This modality supports clients in cultivating secure emotional and sexual intimacy—with themselves and others.? I recently started my formal training in Somatic Experiencing (SE), a body-based trauma modality that helps regulate the nervous system and release trauma stored in the body. SE is especially supportive for clients whose erotic experiences have been shaped by fight/flight/freeze responses, boundary violations, or embodied trauma. My work is deeply informed by ongoing anti-oppression practice and lived experience. I’ve traveled to over 40 countries and across the U.S., engaged in extensive anti-racism and social justice training, and remain committed to challenging systems of oppression that affect how we relate to our bodies, identities, and desires. I’ve also taught at City College of San Francisco, NYU Silver School of Social Work, and the Silberman School of Social Work, and published articles focused on LGBTQIA+ health equity. Above all, I believe that sex and pleasure are powerful sites of healing and liberation. I’m honored to support people in moving through shame, reclaiming agency, and creating relationships—monogamous, polyamorous, kinky, queer, or otherwise—that are rooted in authenticity, mutual respect, and joy.
