Right away she was very a very good listener, was able to evaluate where I was in my life journey and offer helpful goals and steps to start to improving my mental health. I started looking forward to our meetings and feeling and feeling comfortable and safe almost instantly. Overtime she has helped me make significant positive progess; I credit her for helping me become a better and happier husband, friend, and father.
Erin is an amazing therapist! She always provides good coping skills and things I can do to make me feel better about a situation. She is very caring and personable. She always knows the right thing to say and will always help me through a tough time. She is understanding and kind, she makes sure her clients know that they are safe to share hard things.
