I have specialized training in Adlerian theory, cognitive-behavioral therapy, trauma-informed care, and solution-focused practice. I am also a board-certified art therapist and integrate the creative process when it makes sense for the client. I hold a Master’s degree in Counseling Psychology and Art Therapy from Adler University and earned my Bachelor’s degree from Xavier University.
