I work with people who feel overwhelmed by life and believe they have no control. Sometimes, despite numerous past efforts, making changes feels difficult. You may feel disconnected from those around you, as if no one understands you or you don't understand yourself. Over the years, I realized that being a therapist was a perfect fit for me. I hold a Master's in Clinical Social Work from Saint Leo University, which has equipped me to support clients effectively. I love helping people reach their goals and learn to accept themselves by exploring behaviors that no longer serve them and healing from past trauma. Seeing my clients grow, bloom, and find their self-worth and value drives me each day in this work. When people heal from past trauma and develop a relationship with themselves, that is when true change and growth happen. It's a beautiful thing and truly a gift to witness that healing.

What should a new client know about working with you?

My approach is warm and empathetic. My style is relational, like a conversation. I view therapy as a collaborative process, where the therapist and client work together as a team.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

The first session, we will review the paperwork you filled out and what you can expect from therapy. We will also discuss what brings you to therapy. I practice talk therapy and EMDR, depending on the client's goals and symptoms.
