She has been working in the field of mental health for six years. Erin specializes in anxiety disorders, divorce, adjustment disorders, and self-development. She is an empathetic and compassionate counselor who enjoys challenging her clients to think outside the box using therapeutic techniques and interventions, mindfulness, and coaching to help them work through all of life’s challenges. Erin was so personable, understanding, and supportive during my first-ever therapy session. I didn’t know what to expect and she told me everything I needed to know about the process, while still having a very deep and meaningful conversation in the first session.
