My communication style I believe open, honest, and caring communication is key to building a therapeutic relationship. My journey to mental healthcare I have always been drawn to the helping profession. I have worked in the helping profession since 2008 and have been a licensed counselor since 2015. I have worked in residential, in-home, and outpatient settings. My goals for you I work collaboratively with clients to help them identify treatment goals. My first session with you The first session is focused on learning about who you are and what brings you into therapy. You will also learn a little about me and what to expect from therapy. If you feel like we are a good match, we will work together to clarify goals and create a treatment plan.
