I’m a couples and family therapist providing virtual psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and families navigating a range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My clinical focus centers on early attachment wounds and the ways they shape emotional and relational patterns over time.
