Psychotherapist
611 E Main St, Dublin, VA
My name is Erin, and I am so glad you have decided to take care of yourself! Life can bring a variety of challenges, and sometimes it is helpful to have extra support as you work to find healing, resolution, and new ways to cope. I hold a Master’s in Social Work from Roberts Wesleyan University and work with individuals struggling with concerns such as depression, anxiety, grief, self-esteem, and trauma. I use a strengths-based, person-centered approach to ensure we are not just looking at the problem that needs to be fixed but also helping you understand your strengths that can help you meet your goals. I also use mindfulness-based, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy–informed techniques to help you move forward. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed or managing a more complex stressor, I am here to help. Starting therapy can be scary, but you are making the right choice. In our sessions together, we will work as a team to develop goals, and I will provide you with compassionate and evidence-based techniques to assist you in finding healing. I look forward to working with you!

More information on payments and coverage

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits.
