My name is Erin Sperico, and I have been a licensed mental health professional for over 11 years. I earned my Master of Arts in Licensed Professional Counseling from Liberty University. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of assisting individuals with a wide range of issues, including depression, anxiety, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), and personality disorders, among others.
It is essential for us to build a comfortable and safe relationship since you may be sharing intimate and vulnerable aspects of your life with me. My approach incorporates various evidence-based practices, including mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral strategies, solution-focused therapy, and person-centered therapy. Additionally, I utilize a technique related to EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) called Resource Tapping, which is beneficial for those who have experienced trauma.
I believe it is important to meet you where you are and tailor my clinical approach to your unique needs. My primary goal is to support you on your journey by creating a non-judgmental and respectful atmosphere as we work together toward achieving your personal fulfillment.
