You’re the one everyone counts on — at work, at home, in every crisis. The strong one. The successful one. But lately, it’s too much. Burnout is hitting hard. Even the smallest things feel overwhelming. You’ve done everything “right,” but you still feel like you’re falling apart. You might look calm on the outside, but inside you feel anxious, exhausted, and overwhelmed — like you’re constantly bracing for the next thing. You’ve pushed through for so long that burnout feels like your baseline. And now, even the usual coping tools just aren’t cutting it. I'm here to help you find calm in the storm. My goal is to help you find connection and compassion for yourself - to help you remember you're more than what you do.

What should a new client know about working with you?

Therapy with me is real, warm, and collaborative. I’m not a blank-slate therapist — I show up as a person, and I’ll meet you with empathy, humor, and honesty. This work isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong” with you. It’s about helping you relate to yourself with compassion and create a life that supports who you truly are — not just what you can achieve.

What is your typical process for working with clients?

Our sessions are a soft place to land. You don’t have to perform here. Together, we’ll unpack what’s beneath the overwhelm and build tools to regulate emotions, set boundaries, and reconnect with yourself. I use a relational, trauma-informed approach that includes mindfulness and somatic practices to help you feel grounded, safe, and present - even in chaos. In our first session, we'll spend our time getting to know each other. We'll talk about what challenges bring you to therapy, and set goals. You can ask me questions you have about my approach to therapy and get to know my personality. It's as much an opportunity for you to get to know me as it is for me to get to know you.
